In the hive my favourite thing was poem because I love reading a lot and it’s a fun thing.

Inquiry part 1
WALA: the Waitangi Wetlands. In our Inquiry groups we had to research an animal, plant or insect. We had to find out if the Waitangi Wetlands is a good place for it to live and grow.
We also had to create a way of showing our learning. Here is a video of how we presented our findings.

In reading I am in the Beagles group. W.A.L.T. use clues in the text to figure out unknown words and clarify ideas. This is one of my follow up activities. Something I did well was searching what whaling meant.Something I could improve is to get quicker because I had to finish this in the hive for reading .
